Key Players
Seba, better known as “The Facilitator”, is our number 5 on the field. He started out as a journalist, but ended up becoming a Magento expert (since back when it was still Varien—yes, that long ago). Eventually, he founded his own software development agency.
He proudly calls himself a “papá luchón”—a hands-on, all-in dad—so don’t be surprised if he’s late to team dinners because his daughters have Taekwondo practice. A die-hard River Plate fan, his ultimate idol is—let’s all rise—the legendary Marcelo Daniel Gallardo.
His playlist jumps from AC/DC to Rodrigo Bueno with no stops in between, and in his free time, you’ll probably find him testing out new recipes, because he’s basically a homegrown MasterChef.
Our number 2 is Omar Cirelli, but everyone knows him as Ciro. He’s been wearing the IURCO jersey for 10 years now. His position? He’s our back-end star — a PHP and Magento specialist who also rules the server game. These days, he’s diving deep into payment systems and looking to add JavaScript to his toolkit.
His passions? Boca, Boca, and… Boca. And no, we’re not making jokes — he’s got a bit of a temper. His music taste is pure Rock and Roll: think The Rolling Stones, Los Piojos, Los Redondos, and La Renga. He’s also big on tattoos and anime.
Fun fact? He wants to play guitar well — not just for fun.
A fan of electronics and computers, Lean wears number 3.
At the age of 12, he created his first website with PHP4, and over the years, he became an expert not only in that language but also in VB, C++, C#, pure JavaScript, Pawn, Assembler, SQL Server management, graphic design, 3D, animation, world mapping, video and sound editing.
He also specialized in Magento and WordPress, and handles technologies like Ionic, Kotlin, Docker, microservices, and much more.
In short, if you don’t know what all this means, don’t worry. Just know that he knows a lot.
His playlist includes a lot of rock, both international and Argentine, and in his free time, you can find him rewatching his favorite sagas: Star Trek and Back to the Future.
If anyone asks... no, he wasn’t an unaccountable cybercriminal...
Our number 11 is Alejandro Pérez, but since he was seven, everyone calls him Bocha. He’s been with the IURCO team for 6 years and is our crack in Front-end development. He handles React, Magento storefront, WordPress, and more. He’s always ready to lend a hand, whether it’s to new team members or anyone with questions.
A Boca fan, just like any good person. He enjoys music, sharp humor, and great food, especially if it’s shared with friends. His playlist is diverse, with The Stones, The Beatles, Charly, La Renga, and Rodrigo.
And don’t be surprised if you see him sending code at 3 AM on a Tuesday.
A fun fact? He discovered his passion for programming later in life.
Luz plays as a striker and is our star front-end web developer. She works with JavaScript/TypeScript using React.Js and technologies like Next JS, PWA Studio and VTEX Store Framework. Other skills: CSS, HTML, GraphQL, Bootstrap, React Native and Magento 2.
Since she's an expert in AI, it doesn't matter what language you ask her to use, she can solve it.
After work, she unwinds with pilates classes and meditation. But if given the choice, she’d probably prefer traveling with her boyfriend and dogs to places with no signal.
Oh, and she also loves cooking for friends and family... although we can’t evaluate her as a chef just yet, since she hasn’t invited us to try anything.
Marcelo likes to say that he has an incomplete high school education and still made it to a Silicon Valley unicorn (and not just for a visit). He was the one who designed the first interface for booking flights, hotels, and packages on Despegar.com. He was also a consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on technology-related issues. A journalist by profession, a tech enthusiast by passion, and our favorite +50 Project Manager.
In a meeting, you might find him with a ukulele in hand, probably playing Bon Jovi or Tom Petty. He’s always got a pen in hand and has read more books than anyone in the agency. In his playlist, you’ll also find Queen, Bob Dylan, and some Celtic tunes to add that special touch.
We don’t give him a position because he doesn’t like football, but we can say that he’s our number one fan.
Fun fact? He practices archery. He’s our South American Legolas.
A born Swiftie and book lover, Lula is the team's PR. She studied Public Relations and specialized in Digital Marketing, and now leads that department at IURCO.
She likes to say that she should have been named Minerva, because, according to her, it’s a name with more personality than Luciana. She has four pets that act as her coworkers at home and stops in the street every time she sees a dog or cat.
Fun fact? She’s from the best team in the world, meaning Real Madrid.
Manuel Eduardo Cánepa Cihuelo, a.k.a. Defcon2, is one of those who swapped the football for a Commodore and never looked back. By the age of ten, he was already programming in BASIC and preferred routers over recess. He ended up at UTN, of course—because sleeping was optional and making life complicated was a vocational choice.
A veteran of e-commerce, he lives and breathes Magento, and has been through more agencies than a community manager in crisis. He handles PHP, Python, Odoo, and RabbitMQ, and even developed the OCA module for Magento (gento-arg/magento-oca), a tool many have appreciated over mate and curse words alike.
When he's not debugging dreams in JSON, you'll find him at the grill, indulging in his other passion: a well-made asado. In a renowned podcast, he confessed his addiction to Magento—that toxic relationship you just can’t quit... like molleja, when it’s perfectly crispy.
The rest of the team

IORKO
Meet IORKO (always ALL CAPS or all lowercase — anything else and he throws a tantrum). He's our Stitch, our Mushu, our Dobby… chaotic, loyal, and weirdly lovable.
Yes, he misbehaves. Yes, he blurts out things he probably shouldn't. But honestly? We wouldn't have him any other way.
ARGENTINE DNA
Our DNA is AR-GEN-TI-NO. What does that mean?
It means having an unmatched passion for what we love to do and becoming creative heroes when it's time to adapt to challenges. It's about holding up signs and singing songs to support our entire team.
And yes, maybe winning a World Cup (or three), and counting on Messi makes us a bit arrogant, but we'd rather say we're simply thrilled about him.
At IURCO, we wear our jerseys with pride.

Let's work together
